Off Campus Halifax has selected buildings in the most convenient locations in the city.

Halifax is a very walkable city. Our units are close to DAL, SMU and NSCAD. Not only can you get to campus quickly, we’re close to parks, shopping, dining and downtown.

If you are running late or experiencing inclement weather, public transportation is steps away from your doorstep. Depending on where in the city you are heading, usually you are only one bus away.

All of our units are in century homes and we have kept many of the architectural details while providing our tenants with modern upgrades. Imagine yourself living in a flat with ten-foot ceilings, crown moldings, hardwood floors with a large modern kitchen and some with a marble bath and heated floors.

Our units vary from one to seven bedrooms all with large eat-in kitchens and living areas. Many students find that sharing the experience of living with their friends, cooking meals together and socializing is as important to university life as the academics.
